For a small company, they are very consistent. They don't jack up their rates like the big boys do. Jeff was very professional and easy to work with.
This is probably the worst internet customer service is great and very friendly but the internet is not good I’m forced to unplug and plug back in my internet at least 15 times a day and they won’t fix it they just tell me to unplug and plug back in and I get about 10 mins then goes out again
They are very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't choose any other internet in Winnemucca.
