Our room was EXTREMELY dirty. We didn’t notice most of it because we checked in so late and I’m already tired from being 8 months pregnant and needed slee immediately.There was trash in the from someone else on top of the microwave, shower had black dirt marks all over the ground and walls, hairs and stains covering the bed. The bedding has clearly not been changed in probably weeks, there was so many flies in the room when we got in, my husband spent the first hour killing 7 flies before we could unpack. The worst part was waking up my husband at 6am because there was bugs in our bed (I believe a type of roach). It looked like nothing had been wiped down in the room ever, stains on all pieces of furniture. We were so tired when we checked in we didn’t notice most of it til the morning because we wanted to get right to bed.
Thank you to the manager who responded to me about my missing ring. The phones are having connectivity issues. The gentleman who checked me in was also very kind.
We stay here every year. Clean rooms. Good A/C. Nice fridge. Clean outdoor pool. We are sorry to hear it will soon be under a new name. Remodeling going on with new furniture. I'm sure the price will be higher next year.
