I waited for over 30 minutes before someone finally came over—only to be told they were understaffed. And then walk away to help find one walked in after me. I already knew exactly what I needed to purchase, and the transaction should have taken less than 10 minutes. What made it worse was the completely unapologetic and indifferent tone from the staff. Extremely disappointing.

Best Buy is last resort for me when it comes to any of my electronic needs. I will not do business with them unless this is the only place where I can get what I absolutely need at that moment. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. In store or over the phone. I honestly do not know how they are still in business.

Sat in line for 30 min. Finally left. Better to make an appointment. The guy sitting next to me had an appointment and he was still waiting when I gave up.

I took my tablet in because I forgot draw pattern over winter break from school. Sebastian was absolutely terrible. All he did was press some buttons and did not fix issue and referred me to ubreakitifixit. I did some more research and went home and plugged it into my computer and fixed it myself! I thought these guys were smart! Save yourself the frustration!
