Great service! @ Crystal was a delight
We have been using Battle Born Batteries and Victron equipment in our 2022 Cougar 5th Wheel since we purchased it new. We just increased our solar by 400 watts and added a third battery to the system. Big shout out to Matthew A. in tech support! I reached out after installing the upgrades to review the Victron settings and insure the system was functioning correctly. Matthew emailed detailed information for programing the charge controllers and the smart shunt during our phone call. He then worked with me via email over the next 24 hours to make sure I had the system working correctly. He was responsive and took a real interest in making sure things worked correctly. I had a great customer experience!
