Update (8-13-25) Well explain this my internet is now 3.5 Mbps down and 5.7 Mbps upload after they had an emergency outage. It use to be 650+ Mbps down and up. My neighbors is still that but not mine. The house across the street is a hub yet this will be the 5 time that they will have to replace my antenna probably. An yes I rebooted everything!!!!
We tried a free trial. Salesperson was a liar, support team was awful and their internet sucked. We wasted a bunch of time for no reason and are sticking with cox.
Really disappointed. Nothing but problems. Customer service is no help. They listen to you complain, then promise to call you back with an update, but they never call back. I am getting speeds below 10mps! ?? See picture.
The price is unbeatable, but cross your fingers that you don't need customers service. I'm literally on hold for over an hour. Internet keeps dropping.
