My laptop crashed and I reached out to Techno Computer Support for assistance. I spoke with Jon and I was able to drop my laptop off the same day. I was unsure if it could be fixed, but he said he was very confident it could be fixed. I picked it up the next day and it worked great. He saved me and I will definitely call him for all my computer needs!
Yeah i figured out what was wrong eventually (no thanks to you). Solution only took 30 seconds. All I had to do was go into bios disable vm controller and disable intel rapid storage technology and then it started recognizing my drive. Wish I went to a pc shop that was knowledgeable in bios issues and or ssds not appearing on boot issues. Imagine I wouldn’t of wasted my time and money with you. to incorrectly diagnose the issue. I was clear with you over the phone prior to going to workspace and you had no idea what was going on led me to believe you did. Frankly I didn’t care about your keyboard and mouse you spent money on to incorrectly diagnose the issue. Honestly felt bad for you cause u were in wheelchair ngl only reason I gave you the forty bucks you charge for diagnosing issues incorrectly. But yeH gl in your business. Recommend you be more transparent about your $40 fees you charge customers to diagnose the issue incorrectly. Also recommend you learn about computers before you try to make a business out of it. I would of happily paid $200 to you if you saved three days of my time. That’s why those businesses around you are charging that much for their experience and knowledge which you clearly don’t have. Told you on phone I wasn’t my intentions to fix the issue & to not waste my time transfers all data and wiping drive reinstalling the osX. Can expect 1 star should be 0. Be wary of all the one review accounts giving this ?? 5 stars likely just him on alts or just people with very simple issues Anythin just a little bit advanced i’d recommend going elsewhere
Jonathan knows what he is doing. He is honest and he charges reasonably. My computers were fixed and never gave me problems again.
