Just had my phone screen & camera replaced for a fair price definitely recommend to anybody it was quick & easy
I took my phone in to Repair N Go to have a cracked screen replaced. Luis was the person who waited on me. He told me the repair would be completed by 6pm and the store closed at 7pm. I told him I didn't think I could make it back by 7. He said if I couldn't get there by 7, call the store before closing and they would arrange to be there later, if necessary. I called about 6:30 and told him I could be there by 7:30. I got there close to 7:30, and Luis was there waiting. I was impressed with his willingness to go "above and beyond" and his professionalism. This is the mark of true customer service. I advise anyone needing cell phone or other related repairs to go to Repair N Go. I highly recommend this business and will use them again.
I needed a battery replacement for my Motorola phone. They did a great job removing my bloated battery and replaced it with an aftermarket battery. Their technical support staff was really helpful. The phone works great. They provide a 90 day warranty. I would not hesitate to use them again.
I was blessed with LUIS coming out a week ago to fix what ANOTHER technician from another company had apparently? Sorely missed in trying to fix my computer a month earlier. Dear Luis, as young as he is! KNEW far more and was very up to date on repairs and helped get me back on "track" tremendously. It’s not often I get such great service that I can write an honestly 100% positive review. It reinforces the fact that the only way to get personally looked after is by dealing with small businesses instead of multinational corporations. The staff were so wonderful and helpful! They had my computer and DJI drone repairs done on the same day! Top quality repairs with top quality parts, professional service, quick turnarounds, great communication, and just downright amazing folks! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. I’m so impressed that all of my electronic repairs will be done here in future, even though I have to drive down from Utah. Totally worth it! Please support them because they are a family business, and you won’t find better service at a more reasonable price anywhere in the US. *UPDATE* One month after laptop and DJI drone repairs, and both are going great! I run my drone pretty hard as I use it for commercial inspections, and the parts they used to repair it are seriously top quality, and the workmanship is second to none! ***Another Update*** It has now been over a year, and both my drone and laptop are still running perfectly!
