Called Friday night & had technician out to us on Saturday. Alex provides Excellent customer service & he tried everything to fix our keyboard, but our computer is 5yrs old so it's dead but he gave recommendations for new keyboard & computers & he's funny. Would recommend MAD Tech 2 anyone!????
