I brought my computer in to get serviced due to it overheating. I talked to the manager of duke computers on Durango road on Sunday April 20 around 3pm ish. He said that my computer might take as much as 20-24 hours for a diagnostic. I also discussed on the phone about what could be the reason why my computer could be overheating. The guy told me leave my pc and without my power cable. I just want my computer back. They are no longer in business at either store. Do not go to these places.
