I didn’t call this company to be made fun of about why didn’t I recognize signs and call beforehand. I’m calling now! Steven, you need to learn some customer service skills and unfortunately have lost a customer because of your lack thereof.
I have used Computer Medic (now merged with TekFuel IT) for a long time. Stephen quickly resolved my computer's problem. He then fixed/modified several software applications and other amenities. My computer is now in good health! I will only use TekFuel IT. They are the best.
