Met with Griff who is a main repair technician, wonderful guy and very knowledgeable. Worked on diagnosing my pc for 2 hours and also walked me through the process so I could learn. Great service, not the widest testing equipment but very good with what they have.
Repair guy is super rude. Not sure if I caught him on a bad day but I will be taking my business elsewhere. I’ve never had a tech person get a huffy puffy with me when my computer is having an issue or trying to explain what’s wrong.
My laptop kept shutting down. I took it in and said I think I need a new battery. They checked the cord, and then took the back off and found that yes battery was imploded inside the casing. Heading now to have new battery put in and backup my system for safety and not to loose any material. Thank you guys for being local!
