The owner asked me to write a review on the spot after I purchased a refurbished phone. I did write a positive review, but now I am editing that review. I had problems with that phone. I thought I could fix it at first, but after a few weeks I called and said the phone was not working well. The owner was no longer the friendly man who sold me the phone. He was quite mean. He said I waited too long contact him. My problem was solved when I bought a new from from Apple on a family plan. But I will never return to this PhoneFix for repairs or supplies.
The staff at PhoneFix were amazing! My ipad fell and was badly damaged… they were able to replace the screen the same day I brought it in and returned it to full function!! They also had the right size screen protector to install right there!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! Thank you so much for your help today!!
I brought my daughter’s iPhone 13 in for a screen repair. They had it fixed and ready within 30 mins. Looks brand new! Friendly customer service. Highly recommend for all your tech fixes.

My phone was completely smashed, housing and all and they managed to fix the phone enough to get my Data transferred to a new one. If they wouldn’t have been able to do that I would have lost all of my important photos and saved voicemails from my Mom who passed away. I cannot thank them enough. This is the place to go!!
