I wasn't there. It's in Carson and I think I've been there once and they didn't have what I was looking for A CPU
Service was poor, not friendly, not helpful, store was cluttered and dirty looking, no technical expertise or understanding of the product, no available specifications for the product I was looking for and was I should Google it. Poor selection and zero inventory of the product they were selling on the floor – had to get what I needed shipped from somewhere else so I had to wait two days to have a printer back at my office. I may likely make the drive from Carson to Reno to make my next office equipment purchase. Was told any warranty work I needed had to be done via an 800 number since they have nobody on site.
