Purchased 18 units of Avaya IP phones with this seller through eBay, before placing order I had several communication with them to make sure those are brand new , they confirmed it's brand new , I have received all units in a customised packing, all are with scratches, colour faded and all units has unable to configure as the admin default password is changed and factory reset option is disabled by previous user , it's just restart when put the default password simply can say it's a garbage, since I am outside USA i don't have options to return, (return shipping will cost $650), I have discussed with them and shared photos and videos, but they not provided any resolution, Simply cheating people
Went in looking for a monitor and was deeply disturbed at the pricing throughout the store — used monitors were being sold for 90% of their equivalent new prices, if not even higher.
So glad I finally managed to check this place out. one of the most helpful computer stores I have ever been to that had exactly what I was looking for.
Thought this was a great place until they sold me some hardware that apparently didn't work. Went back to return this unusable item, just to tell me they don't do returns. Wow. And so upset I was that I gave them the hardware back, because what am I going to do with it ? A respectable place would have said something like, " you paid for it it's yours"… Instead they took it back and put it back in their warehouse to sell it to someone else. Guess someone else will get shafted by these guys. Now you know. Won't shop here anymore.
