I recently visited this business that claimed to be open 24 hours. When I arrived, I found it was just a house. Thinking they might work from home, I knocked on the door, but no one answered. I don't understand why they advertise being open 24 hours a day if no one is available to assist customers. Fortunately, I went to Nick at HiTech afterward, and he was very kind and helpful. I just want to warn others—if you decide to go to this place, be aware that they might not be there to help you, despite their 24-hour claim.
