Customer Reviews

Watch out they don't switch parts with inferior ones. Had them put a new fan in my Dell insperon laptop and they switched my Dell 4GB and 8GB rams to two 4GB Samsung rams. I found out when i went to upgrade to two Dell 8 GB rams because my computer was so slow after the fan replacement. BE CARFULL I DON'T RECOMEND THIS PLACE THEY SELL USED COMPUTOR PARTS FOR GAMERS.

Walter knows how to treat customers, discounted price compared to the big box stores. He specializes is custom designed gaming computers, Business networking, gaming console troubleshooting and much more.

The main person was friendly and did a great job at fixing my problem for a very reasonable amount. I recommend this place for great service.

UPDATE: from the response of the owner it only proves my point I walked in looking for advice on how to set up my new computers. The person I spoke with immediately rolled his eyes and didn't appear too pleased to give the advice. I asked specific questions to which he gave vague non-specific answers. After a bit of back and forth he finally said to me "I'm gonna give you this advice and you are going to go to Best Buy or somewhere else and buy the equipment anyway? I asked him " Do you know of any computer business anywhere near here where one can go to get advice or information about computers"? He stood silent. I walked out on him because I came in for some tech advice and all I got was him bad mouthing me for not buying anything from him. One of the most unfriendly, unprofessional experiences I have had in a long time.

I do not recommend coming here. I wasn't going to leave a review. But after the experience I felt it was necessary. Especially after the owner said "go ahead and leave a bad review I can't wait to shred it to pieces." So let me just start by saying I believe the owner has some mental issues. With a long-standing, toxic negative view on customer service. With the capacity of wanting to treat customers badly if he is triggered or offended. A person that may very well be miserable and thrives on negativity. Quite possibly just wanting to be antagonistic. So I dropped an item off to see if he could fix it on Wednesday. He said it would be ready on Friday. So I called on Friday to see how I was going. He became very combative, and launched into this long speech about how he doesn't like to be bothered and he doesn't want people calling him and interrupting him and putting pressure or timelines on him. Okay fair enough. But he did say it would be ready on Friday. So he said never call me, I'll call you when it's ready. So I waited until Tuesday. No response. I was already rather put off and irritated by our interaction on Friday. So I thought it was fair to come in and check how the progress was coming along on Tuesday. He was automatically, angry, offended, and rude. He basically says I thought I told you on Friday not to bother me. I'll call you when it's ready. He launches into this thing that I didn't get a day off on Saturday because people kept bothering me. I'm like okay. Look I'm not here to offend or upset you. I just want to know how it's coming along. He says it'll be ready today or tomorrow. I said okay fine. I'll Check back with you on Friday. He then becomes rude and irritated and says don't put a time limit on me! when I told you I'll call you when it's ready! And I'm like well if you say it's going to be ready today or tomorrow Friday is 3 days later so it shouldn't even be a problem. He then becomes rather unprofessional and starts attacking me personally. Saying if I hadn't broke the item in the first place he wouldn't be in this situation of having to fix it. There was a lot more dialogue that probably shouldn't have taken place. But unfortunately the experience was overall negative and offensive. I finally decided Well you know what you're not happy I'm not happy just give me my item back, and I'll take it somewhere else. On the way out the door he says something snotty to me. "Next time don't be rushing people to fix your stuff." I rather felt compelled to say something back now. I said you know you want to run your business and talk badly to people. He responds by saying "I'll talk to people anyway I like." I said fine but that's not good business. If you don't want to be supposedly bothered, then make it a policy to lock your door and not answer phone. Either way still not good business. Now He is going to say that I was rushing him and pressuring him. But I feel that I was not doing any of that. I was merely asking based within his timelines how things were coming along. But he said every time you talk to me, you're interrupting my work and I can't finish what I'm doing. Yet he had two people in line at the store. I wanted to ask are these people bothering you? Overall completely blown away by this experience. Can't understand how a person like this is in business. Don't understand how a person like this is allowed to stay in business. I don't understand how word hasn't gotten out about this guy in the community. Overall I think he's burned out on customers and has a negative view of them. Taking an item from somebody saying in good faith you'll fix it, but don't bother me until I call you, is Rather unacceptable. I have never dealt with an individual that was in business that was this hostile and negative. Definitely should stay away from here I think. He's definitely a Lefty, Whiny, Democrat. Says he's going to get things done and then doesn't do it. 😂
