I used sonic for many years. Then when I wanted to cancel my monthly service I was told they had removed my router and firewall when they installed their own. They want their “Proprietary equipment” back now. I told them to install another router for me and take their equipment back. I offered to pay for them to do that too. Unfortunately they refused to install a router, so now I am stuck with their equipment and they won’t even supply the usernames and passwords for that equipment for me to switch it out. So I am stuck. Buyer beware. Everything is fine till you cancel then they hold you hostage for their equipment and you can’t get into yours because the password problem.

It's been a while since I had to use my company's IT services but as always, Sonic helped me quickly. Diego was very polite & kind, & helped me resolve my issue efficiently so I could get back to what I was trying to do with minimum delay. Thanks Sonic.

We've been using Sonic for years for our small business and personal computer & IT needs, and have loved working with Tim, Ryan & Nathan, and now Rebecca! Just this last week I was fed up with an issue I let go for too long, and Ryan got to the bottom of my woes in less than 24 hours, had me fixed up with a new hard drive in less than 48 hours AND I did not have to re-install any of my business bidding programs or accounting program (and let me tell you, the prospect of having to re-install ANY of those items was stressing me out big time, because it NEVER goes smoothly!). I know enough about computers in general to get myself in trouble, and can occasionally find my way out of minor issues, but I know that beyond a doubt, I can count on Sonic to bail me out of any minor OR major computer issues.
