We dropped in at Ventura Fix to replace the worn out battery my son’s iPhone. He provided a reasonable price and said it would be done in less than an hour! We came back to pick it up and he said that during the battery replacement process the screen on the phone was damaged – he replaced at no charge even though he correctly noticed that the screen had been previously replaced with a low quality screen (by Patteries Blus)- he also replaced the screen protector!! I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and willingness to replace something that may not have been his fault. Excellent customer service! I paid for the screen even though he didn’t ask me to- it was the right thing to do. Five stars for sure!! (And the battery is working great)

First time getting a device fixed at this location. I was trying to get my screen/display replaced on an IPad Air 4 and was getting crazy high quotes from other locations ranging from $290 – $600 and was about to give up, when I decided to give this place a call. I was quoted $180 for the part and labor (used a 3rd party display making it significantly cheaper) and had it fixed the following day. The repair guy (not sure if it was the business owner or just an employee) was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this spot to anyone in need of a device repair!
I'm so glad that I found this great shop! Since Samsung doesn't have their own repair shops (like Apple) we gotta hope that the local repair shops are qualified…and this one is! I trusted him to replace the very expensive screen on my tablet (Samsung galaxy tab s8+). Although it took slightly longer than expected I can tell that he took his time to do the job right! Thanks! I hope that I won't have to go back, but chances are good that my Samsung will fail me once more…
One of the most pleasant experiences I've had repairing a phone. Young man was very helpful and had my phone fixed within 1 hour. Then he helped me backup my data and move it to the cloud for safe storage. I highly recommend Ventura Fix for phone repair.
