If you are looking for a professional and honest repair man for your computer, Martin at Computer Idiot is the person you want to have looking at your computer. I broke off my headphone jack in my laptop and was looking for someone that could help me and do the repair. I took my laptop to Martin to have him look at it. He explained to me what he would need do to fix the problem, and he gave me another alternative that I could do in order to be able to use the headphone again. Martin didn’t have to give me that alternative and could have fixed the laptop and charged me for the repair but he didn’t. I felt so happy that he was so honest and saved me money. I highly recommend Martin for someone you can trust with your repairs. Thank you Martin.

Martin took care of me, and was completely transparent. He offered me an option to solve my issue myself for free, but I'm a bit of an idiot with this stuff (Hence why I showed up!). The turnaround was extremely fast, issue was solved, and the process was smooth as butter. All of the airflow vents were even cleaned up. I hope I don't have any other technical problems, but if I do, I know who I'm trusting to fix them. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks a bunch, guys.
