The location has moved. A passing neighbor told me they're in Palm springs now? I called the number and a man explained they do mobile pickup and on-site repair now. Scheduled a pickup, he seemed to know what he was talking about. I'll update this after we complete the transaction.
My wife's phones screen went black and wouldn't show any picture. The gentleman was very nice to see us Even though we didn't have an appointment. He was able to reset her phone and got it working again 100% recommend!!
I had a lovely experience here, made an appointment online very easily. Showed up and rang the bell. Eric was very professional, walked me through everything he was doing with my computer. We together diagnosed a bad charging block, half the price of a new battery which is what I thought I needed. I don’t live locally but was so happy to be able to find someone online in a pinch that was very helpful at a reasonable price.
