Royal Network IT Solutions Inc. is awesome. They helped update my business and got my staff all working together on a unified computer system. Our consultant, Scott, has been incredibly helpful and has never come across as a salesman. He's always been transparent with us, provided multiple options for any situation/issue, been available for contact and has gone above and beyond to help our company's communication system run smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend this company!

Scott did a fantastic job restoring all of our network services and cleaning up our network. I have been working with RNIT for about 6 months now. Specifically with Scott and John. Without their assistance I would not have made it through a change in ownership and conversion to a new network. These guys have gone out of their way to assist me in every way possible, from simple stuff like Microsoft Licensing to complete conversions of my Domain, LAN and WAN. I had several vendors reach out to me during this time period offering services, but none were as efficient or as reliable as the Guys at Royal Network IT solutions. Many of these vendors would make promises up front and then failed to deliver. That was never the case with Scott and John. I had a domain controller crash and was under a super tight deadline to get my Student platform up and running. I searched the net for a new server and all indications showed that I would probably be waiting for about 3 weeks to get the equipment I needed. I reached out to Scott and John and they worked their magic and I received exactly what I needed in about 2 days. I have worked in IT for the better part of 20 years. That being said, a person can not be an expert in every aspect of the design and implementation of a new business network. These Guys assisted me with the things I did not know and/or have the man power to do all by myself. Lastly, Royal Network IT Solutions earned my trust by never trying to oversell products or services for the sake of profit. They are straight shooters, who told me what I needed, gave me options for those needs, and gave me direction to get what I needed done. All without any of the pressure associated with making a sale. These Guys are knowledgeable in all aspects of IT. I highly recommend them. In fact I continue to utilize them and hope to continue to build our business relationship with RNIT Solutions for years to come.
