I visited the brick and mortar store and spoke at length with him regarding the problems I have been experiencing and he quickly gained my trust and confidence from his professionalism and knowledge base. He was kind, considerate and assembled my gaming PC to perfection. An aesthetic masterpiece that will surely last for years to come with the current technology that exists. To top it off and to my surprise I was charged a nominal fee for the amount of work required. Hence, I cannot recommend this business enough. I am internally grateful to this electronic repair shop. They have fixed my ancient "Intuos 3" Wacom tablet that I use daily for Zbrush sculpting. Unbeknownst to me, roaches had infested my apparatus and caused quite a bit of filth to accumulate over the years. The team and namely Scott spent over a week on my Wacom, did a full electro wash, replaced quite a bit of the circuitry and even replaced the wiring of my device. Much effort was put into this but I only a fraction of the price of what it would normally be. If you reside in Orange County, this is the go to electronic boutique for repairs and other such; I have never met such dedicated folks about.
