I didn't think the company was too bad really. I was a little bit annoyed about the billing style, where you are strictly only paid for the time you work on tickets, so you are not paid for checking emails and other tasks. I had a bad gut feeling about several aspects of the company though, especially how pushy and insistent they were, and everyone I trained with was irritated and negative about the company, questioning whether to quit or not. The company put a lot of focus in social media campaigning, and *required* everyone to present certain things on their linkedin and other social media, and heavily, heavily pushed people to leave glowing reviews and other things that came off as manipulative, dishonest, and concerning. There were several cases I saw where the managers and owners would became very angry with employees, over minor things. I saw a lot of red flags and wondered if I should stay or quit. There was a slight misunderstanding about my hours, and the owner started threatening me very angrily, and acted extremely pushy and controlling. Not only was it unbelievably unprofessional, to me it was flat out unacceptable behavior, so I quit. I left a bad review on Google of my experience, and they hounded me constantly, while I was sick and away dealing with health issues, until I could return my equipment. Once I did return my equipment as promised, the owner has now continued to harass me on Linkedin, by email, etc to try to manipulate me into taking my negative review down. Unbelievable behavior. What an absolute nightmare. I can't help but wonder if they are narcissistic or something, or what is wrong with them. If you end up working for them, I understand, and good luck, but please don't tolerate such unacceptable behavior in the work place. I hope they understand that their further harassment isn't going to work, and they can't manipulate their way out of a negative, but 100% accurate and honest review. LEAVE ME ALONE.
