I recently bought an HP Envy X360 off of eBay and it was working fine the day I opened it. The next day however, it wouldn’t turn on despite having full charge. I brought it in to the shop as a walk in, and they were able to take care of it immediately. They did a simple cleaning of the motherboard and told me what part I’d need to replace and the best place to buy it from for cheap. They work quickly (my situation took under an hour) and efficiently and I ended up just paying $20 for the cleaning. Would recommend!
I have to give ubreakifix a poor grade. I made an appointment, showed up on time, and they didn't have the battery to fix my phone. They took my name and told me they would hold a battery for me and call me when the battery came in. I waited, no call. I called them, they told me that they were only getting 4 batteries and can't save them for the people that they said they would hold them for. The batteries are now first-come-first-serve. I work an hour away and can't show up every morning to see if I am awarded a battery. Wish it didn't end this way, the staff was friendly when I went in the first time.
I meant to post this and forgot to click SUBMIT. This was for a broken lid: Leon and Andrew were awesome… My laptop was so messed up. They worked after hours to get it fixed. Excellent work, guys! I highly recommend this place!! 2ND REPAIR, DIFFERENT PROBLEM: Leon is still there, a year later. And he's still so great. He taught me how to routinely take care to optimize my computer myself. I took notes. Great place, great value. Done in a few hours.
I broke my 23 ultra phone Saturday night and was able to take my phone to ubreakifix Sunday afternoon. They fixed it in under two hours. I am very happy they were available when they were and for the quality of service they did on my phone. The screen is as good as new
