Great work – my daughter's computer had been slow and mostly broken for a few years. Brought it in for a new battery, got a new drive with a perfect copy so everything still worked! And he cleaned up a few viruses/malware that crept on, startup processes that were not needed. And he was so fast, I didn't want to take it to Geek squad where they'd send it in, and we wouldn't have it for weeks. He had it done same day. Great communication, really describes things well. And yeah, very nice cats.
I took my HP desktop to Will at McPina Technology last week, I brought it over at noon, he communicated potential issues and prices (which I believe were very fair). The HP was stuck in auto reboot/auto recovery mode and the memory was bad when I had tested it. I had some memory from another PC, which Will installed along with a total download of Windows 11 and I picked up the PC 6 hours later working like new. I definitely would recommend McPina Technology to anyone need PC repair. I will use them again if needed. I might have Will build me a PC for Sim Racing in the future.
