Bits Bytes and Nibbles Computer Repair

I needed to recover data from on old hard drive out of an old broken lap top. I have driven by this location for years and decided to check it out. Just based on a phone call, I felt like I could trust Adi the owner. I dropped off the hard drive and ended up hanging out and just talking with Adi for 39 minutes. Such a good guy and honest family man. He was very helpful and was able to completely recover everything off the old hard drive. There was great communication, very clean shop, and Adi was great. Ill be back for sure and am already looking to have him build my next computer. His advice and honesty was greatly appreciated. Highly suggest doing your business here.

My Mac finally died on me without obvious warning. Because of that, I did not have access to my hard drive and all of my photos from the past many many years of my children and many family memories. (Yes I know I should have had a back up system in place). Adi provided me a couple of options. He offered to take the computer to disassemble it, remove the hard drive, and download the requested files to my external hard for a fair price. He also offered that if I felt I was mechanically inclined and had the time to do so (not needing the files immediately), It was easy enough to do the process myself which would save me a great amount of money. Adi took the time to explain the process to me and provided me with the one item I would need to purchase online (this was not something he tried to sell me from his business) at a very small fraction of what he would have charged me to do the work. I ordered the item needed, received it the next day, and had the files downloaded the day after I spoke with him. Because of his honesty and integrity, I will definitely be going back to him for any future computer issues I may have.

Today I was on a quest for some obscure computer items. After striking out at the obvious national chains, I made a list of local computer repair joints. This was my first stop and I was impressed. Shop was clean, tidy, organized so I felt good even before I talked to anyone. Dealt with the owner Adi and found they had exactly what I was looking for at price I found a little surprising (as in low). You can see for yourself that I don't give 5 stars often but I'm glad I had him first so I didn't need to hit the other 3 shops on my list. Recommended.

I needed my laptop repaired immediately. The level of customer service and absolute professionalism was/is extraordinary. The owner didn't try to upsell me nor did he try to sell me on other unrelated products. He just magnified what an amazing business should be. The repairs were timely, the space perfect, and his willingness to engage you as an individual customer is everything you need in this type of technical service. Well done indeed! Service 5 star's. Amazing computer repair place. They are super considerate and will never over charge you. I had tons of problems with my computer that many places could've charged me hundreds to fix but when they finished with mine they charged me only a fraction of what I though they would. They always kept me updated and made frequent phone calls to me to keep me updated on the progress. I have 0 complaints and I will always come here if I have issues.
