Last night I logged into my computer and everything was gone! I know nothing about computers so I began looking for someone to fix it. I got Jeff. He immediately was able to get me to relax and assured me he could assist me. I dropped off the computer at 10:30am and had it back fully restored to normal by 12:30. He also offered suggestions to avoid further issues! Thank You Jeff!!!!!!
Very nice and accommodating! I was missing a screw that I needed to install a piece of hardware in my computer. I gave decided to give them a call and they had one for me! Went and picked it up AND they didn't even charge me. Saved me the hassle of waiting a few days for the screw to come in online. Great people.
Recently had a problem with my wife's computer when several of her favorite files disappeared. We took the computer to R-Team and Jeff found a way to restore all of them. We have used this firm before and have always been extremely pleased with their service. They are timely in their response and their prices are very reasonable.
