If I could summarize Matt: It would be precise with an extreme attention to detail. I was a pleasure working with him. Now I will get techy…. Windows 10 is going to end in 2025. Semi older hardware will not run Windows 11. Such was my case. I edit very large and complicated 4K videos. My old 1080 card was having a difficult time. At the time my old computer was a beast with 1080 videos. I called Matt and explained my issue that I needed a 4K editing beast that would last for at least 7 years (with technology). I am happy to report that I got it. Matt recommended parts and accessories that I would have never considered. An example, a GPU support bracket for the large video card. Another that I really appreciate is the cooling fans. This computer has 9 cooling fans and it is silent! It is a beast and completely stealth. Matt help came with his experience. He recommended a CPU cooler that worked well with my CPU and Mother board. Parts must work well with each other to make it run as efficiently as possible. It really is like an electric component relationship. Look at my photos. Do you see a bunch of wires? NO, that took a lot of work and planning. This computer is well planned and tuned up. The memory is running at maximum and that means planning. Matt really did take time to answer questions and can say that I would highly recommend him for any diagnostic computer work that you may need.
