He told me his process for determining what problems my computer may have and a fair quote, with an explanation why there might be an additional cost but assured me he would call first before proceeding. Purchased a great system from Tech Hub Direct for audio production. It has performed better than expected and has been a consistently solid investment in the few weeks I've had it. The system itself is a better value (bang for your buck) than anything you can pickup at a big brother store like best buy or wal mart. Meet up, labor to swap an upgraded graphics card (from my old system) was fairly priced. Overall 5 star with service, product value, and for me in particular location is near by. Il be back. My experience with Anthony and TechHub Direct was outstanding! After approx 9 years our old computer decided to quit. Much of our business of 30+ years was built into our computer, and we could not risk any time without it. I found TechHub Direct online and Anthony took great care in getting our new computer set up completely. As soon as the new computer arrived Anthony had us scheduled to transfer our old files, information, personal items, etc. over , as well as setting up updated versions of programs we have used for years. He was quick, and explained all I needed to know about the new programs and the computer itself.
