Brad was very friendly yet professional. He knew exactly what he was doing when he wired and installed my doorbell and walked me through using my Ring video doorbell 2 step by step and helped me set up the app properly. Very impressed with him!

He was able to tune up my computer, fix my wireless printer and check in on a few other devices. He also checked in after the service appointment to make sure everything was still working great. This service was the first time I used it. Usually I go to the Apple store and make a genius appointment, this was so much better. Not having to drag all my devices to the store, to have someone come to my house and fix everything was not only convent but well worth the money. Hailo is a great service and well worth your time to check it out! Highly recommend!

The reserving process was very easy and an Angel was here within 12 hours of my reservation of service. The Angel did a great job and took his time to really do it correctly and measure everything out. The finish price ended up being more than I had expected and I did not get an explanation of why. I would have liked a little more information on pricing. I was still very happy with the service and the amount I paid was still very much worth the work.

So happy to have found Hailo on Nextdoor. My previous tech support provider never seemed to be able to resolve problems. I was constantly being sent back and forth between the Geek Squad at the store and the online support people. And they were not polite on either end! Support technician Christian B. resolved a difficult problem quite quickly and was very polite and easy to work with. So nice to know these people are there when you need them.

The angel identified quickly how to address the issue we were experiencing. He got right to work and set us up quickly. We are very happy with how our system is now performing. He added value to the experience by informing us of other features and functions that tie into the Nest Thermostat.
