I got help from Allyis and Fred and they were amazing! Outstanding customer service and helped me get a great deal on a new phone. Very helpful, laid back, and overall great service. The manager Lewie was also helpful with technicalities and overseeing. I definitely recommend this store to anyone seeking phone help.
The manager is very immature. Antwon is his name. He was making fun of someone in the store calling them a grinch then stared at me and laughed then got made when I was like what are you staring at. Then called the cops for me to leave when I was minding my own business waiting for my helper to finish. He really needs to grow some hair and grow up. Very immature making fun of customers in front of others instead of working. I hope they fire Antwon.
Pretty much every time I come in here, lines are an hour or longer and when I do end up talking with someone, I usually get the feeling that they hate working there and would rather not be talking with me. Could be true of all phone stores though
âÂÂâÂÂâÂÂâÂÂâ Brenda is amazing! Seriously so helpful and easy to talk to. She made the whole thing quick and stress-free. Super grateful for her helpâ€â€she’s the best!
Made an appointment to resolve some billing as I kept getting the runaround with outsourced phone support. The first rep I talked to was condescending, telling me that I should read my bill more carefully. After I asked to speak with his supervisor, the manager, also being difficult, put me back on phone support. Thankfully, the number he dialed for me put me in touch with domestic support and my billing was resolved. The interactions with the store reps, however, was not pleasant, much in line with the support I've received overall with Verizon Wireless.
