Absolute Legend! My MacBook Air (2019) suddenly didn’t boot. Apple Store, other Shops no one could help… Of course didn’t think to back-up my data so my entire EP was on the line. It was absolutely horrific. The more you ask around the worse the situation appears… When this is you; hand your stuff to Shain. Trust me, that guy literally know how to fix modern Apple processes, welding, logic-board modification, binocular microscopes THE FULL GAME. Simply put: If Shain can’t fix your tech. Its cooked. Fixed my laptop, backed up all my data, casually saved my project, all within 24h, for the cheapest offer that I have heard in the Area. Just incredible. I would give 100 stars if I could!!!
Chase provided prompt, friendly expert help when I purchased a new computer. He set it up, and transferred all the programs and files, then cleaned up the hard drive on the previous one to pass on to my grandson.. I not only got a new computer but at the same time I upgraded to Windows2010 and Office365. Chase has done troubleshooting on the hardware and software,..and I understand he does a great job building websites. He has shown the knowledge, patience and experience necessary to advise and provide hands-on troubleshooting for every difficulty that has come up. I can recommend him highly.

My computer recently failed to power on so I contacted Shain and Chase from their previous work on my computer. Shain soon then came over to diagnose the issue. After some testing he was able to determine the issue and took care of ordering the new parts and following up on the warranty of others. When Shain brought my computer back he showed me what he replaced, hooked up my peripherals and set it up. They provide extremely reliable, affordable and helpful repair service and I will continue to use them for any issues and also refer my friends to them when problems occur.
