Matt was awesome! Diagnosed the problem very quickly on my dad's iPhone 13 pro and provided a few solutions. A very happy customer, will be back if something goes wrong with any of the electronics.
I had a problem with my iPhone charging, and it turns out there was just a buildup of dust in the charging port; the person at the front desk was very honest with me about the problem and got it fixed within a few minutes. Because it was just dust, he didn't charge me for it. This was my first time there. Chain electronic repair stores have a bad reputation for being a bit shady with their business practices, so I wasn't expecting the best when I visited; needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how wrong my assumption was. I didn't ask for the employee's name, but I was there on Monday, July 7th 2025 at a little before 11:00AM.
I went with a problem with my surface pro because it wouldn't charge or turn on. I took it the store and they let me know the concerns. They took a closer look and found debris in the charging. It ended being the issues. They were great to work with and really appreciated the help. I will be bringing my devices here for future phone or computer issues.
I went into this location and spoke with Matt. He was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me out. My device was not under warranty however he checked if my issue was under the extended warranty, and it was. He saved me big time by making sure he did everything in his power to help leave the customers happy. The service time was highly accurate and professional. 5/5 would recommend
I took my phone in to get repaired since it was under warranty. The bottom 5-10% Stop responding to touch. I had previously had uBreakifix replace the screen 7 months prior. The cause of it was a plastic liner around the screen separated from the screen. No other damage and they refused to cover it under warranty. In those 7 months nothing I did was outside a normal usage to cause this. Either this is a bad install by uBreakiFix or the supposed OEM screen they used in the replacement was defective. There's no reason why this shouldn't have been covered under warranty. I warn anyone who considers uBreakiFix to rethink using them. Even though they are the cheapest, they will not honor their warranty.
