We employed Network Resources for IT for our dental practice. They began with a proper protocol, until one day there company somehow shifted as if no one was in charge. Our tech began billing us for driving parts to repair centers, did not have any receipts and we were suddenly left with outrageous, undocumented invoices and no one to discuss this with. The final note, was a half finished job left abandoned in the middle of our office, software and items not put away and incomplete, our back up not working properly and when we requested a meeting about this, they CHANGED OUR PASSWORD and shut us out of our own server, keeping our own patient information, having our own server held as a hostage away from us. Our attorney needed to be involved, and this was quickly resolved after several very expensive threats for this illegal act. DO NOT use Network Resources and DO NOT trust them with your passwords, server and IT for small business. Somehow, they made all there ' techs' partners and no one is accountable, Highly unprofessional. We paid, we discontinued there services, and learned a hard, and great lesson. Never use a company without a fixed location.
