Customer Reviews

I love the staff here. They are so helpful. My husband and i have gone in person and called a few times with simple issues and they resolved on the spot. I do wish they had weekend hours but certainly appreciate that they close for weekend giving employees time to enjoy family. Thanks for being in San Dimas. 💙Support Local Businesses.❤

Shop has been doing easy and hard repair jobs for me for several years. Without out doubt beyond trustworthy, great pricing and easy to communicate with. They have been here for decades and I am sure that's impossible if not for their exceptional customer experience. Anything related to computer systems repair, diagnostics or networking these guys are the freaking the best. Excellent Job and a gigantic thank you!! A++

I’ve taken my computers here for several years. They do great work. I feel the prices have always been fair. And most importantly they are honest. They don’t try to talk you into costly unnecessary repairs. If something’s not worth the money to fix they will tell you. They were able to save family photos I thought we’d lost for good when the computer went out. Now we back up everything to be safe. But they were a life saver for sure. They have the geek squad beat hands down. I don’t trust anyone else to work on our computers. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else..

On 9/17 My motherboard fried, these guys came highly recommended, it started out great. After weighing the odds of repair or new laptop purchase I opted to have them fix it. The communication was not great, but ok. I had to call to check on the progress. Three weeks when my computer was ready they told me it was ready to pick up. When I arrived they weren’t able to get into my computer because of passwords and they never mentioned anything, so I take my computer home and get all passwords reset, it won’t charge. I returned and was asked what did I do because the port was loose, and asked to leave the computer, I did. I also noticed that the new motherboard was 8GB and my original was 12GB, I asked about and was clear that the programs I run require at least 12GB, they said I shouldn’t have any problems. The next morning I get a call and was asked to bring it back because the tech forgot to put in the screws to hold it together. 3days to get it home and use it. I open it and when I get a message there is not enough memory to run my program and my screen is black. I hate to be the person that does this but after looking at my motherboard it appears that it is a refurbished one and I was not informed that I wouldn’t be purchasing a new one. Had I known it was refurbished I might have made a different decision. Not to pleased or impressed at this point, and another day spent taking it back, 4th time.

Excellent service. Arny installed a new hard drive. Mine had completely quit working. He was able to retrieve ALL of my files! (An answer to prayer!). Uploaded and backed everything up on an external hard drive. Helped me with re installing programs I lost. Very pleased.
