1. they almost never answer the phone 2. they email you a ticket that someone will respond and no one ever responds 3. after getting someone on the phone they said they would forward the message to the team. No one ever emailed me a single thing. 4. Someone finally called and because I was on a call I couldn't take it. They didn't leave a voicemail, didn't follow up with an email, literally nothing. 5. I have left multiple messages and not a single person emails or calls. 6. Today October 4 2022 I called again and now got a nice girl named Natalie on the phone. She told me to email sales which I did. From there, Elizabeth McKewon, attorney and air traffic controller of all leads and opportunities, accidentally copied me on an email to Natalie saying, " Please Ignore. DC has already communicated with this person". I don't know who DC is and I can promise you this women is either unorganized or terribly unethical to not take the professional curtesy to let me know either way what the verdict is. All I wanted to do is conduct some business. 7. Today, October 4th 2022 during regular business hours, at 1:33 CST I left a message for Elzabeth McKewon to contact me regarding my interest in using their company to be my go to techs and that I would like to know if they are too busy for me or if they are not interested in my business or whatever the story might be, for her to let me know so I can move forward looking for the right tech solutions for my company. I think it would take an act of God to get her or anyone at this company to respond to me. I can defend any comments I made in this review. I have the phone logs to prove my attempts to get any response from anyone. I have times and dates recorded of all of my attempts to do business with this company including conversations that I took notes on. This company is a disgrace and you will be hurting your company if you chose to partner with this arrogant understaffed disorganized failure of a tech company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A TOTAL WASTE OF ANYONES TIME.
