Joe, Mike, and the whole team at Wave Band made the transition easy without any technical problems. They made sure to get everything converted over and set up properly by working with us and understanding our needs. They also made sure to give us training on the new phones so we were comfortable with the whole new phone system. Wave Band worked with several of our outside contractors to get the job completed correctly the first time. They were very easy to work with and I would recommend Wave Band to any business. We started using Wave.Band at all of our locations. Joe and his team are great. They helped us clean up our wiring mess and put Back up internet options in place for emergencies. Also there IT support has been very helpful. I highly recommend if your a SD based small business looking for a solid ISP.
I had my doubts on wireless internet for a small location, but Wave.band was easy enough to try out. They delivered on everything they said they would. Not only did they deliver, but the technical staff that worked on site was much better than I have experienced with other providers. They were able to help us get our equipment up and running (we are remote to the location) quickly and clearly understood everything that was going on. They have never made me doubt my decision to try them.
Wave Band Internet service is incredible and exactly as promised. They installed our service in Miramar within 1 day of ordering and speeds were exactly as promised. I highly recommend them as a service provider, their price was 20% of what other major providers quoted for the same speeds!
