After some internal debate we decided to switch our IT vendor to Versa about 3 months ago. The previous vendor sometimes took 2 hours to respond to a ticket which was not acceptable and often left our employees out to dry. Versa is always available and always on point. They do a great job managing our 50 person office and I’m thrilled we finally made the switch to them as our new IT vendor. If only we had done this sooner……
