I stopped by ubreakifix today at 4:30 on a Saturday. The door says the office hours are Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM. The “OPEN†light is illuminated, but the doors are locked and there’s nobody inside and nobody answers the phone. Not sure this is a real business?
Had Samsung set an appointment up at this location which is about 30 minutes from my home. Called and asked if I could possibly come in early to have my phone fixed. Thank God I did because the person who answered informed me they could not test my phone after the repair. I asked what that meant? He let me know that meant he couldn't do the repair at all. Was very abrupt and not the least bit helpful at all. No offer to help or give any other information after that. Id definitely steer clear of this place
The winner and award goes to… Ah this place. Nominated for "thee worst," thee slowest" and "thee most incompetent" place I ever had the misfortune of dealing with. After keeping my Xbox serious x for a week. I get a call saying come get it, he couldn't fix it. I asked why what's wrong with it? The guy says "I don't know Microsoft locked me out of their account.* But here's the crazy part. He didn't need Microsoft. My insurance allowed him to buy parts anywhere! Ah Duh Duh. One question, When They Beeakwhofixes them!
Stopped by today after making an appointment via Verizon's warranty representative. The tech with long unkempt hair and a neckbeard sauntered out from the back and was immediately confrontational and condescending, interrupting me to ask me to repeat information he didn't understand because he was busy interrupting me. I handed him my phone which he immediately tore out of the case with abandon, and with a bored demeanor pointed the smallest of blemishes on the metal casing, telling me that voids the warranty. I have stage IV colon cancer so I really don't have it in me to haggle with someone who made up their mind about me and my device before we even said "hello!" Obviously a small ding on the casing is not going to cause the screen to fail gradually over 6 months; that's a manufacturing issue, Perhaps if the employee had taken 30 seconds to listen to me uninterrupted he could have grasped this concept, but this simpleton doesn't have any functions besides being rude and unhelpful it seems, Judging by other reviews I'm reading, I'm not the first one with this issue. I don't know why he is still employed, maybe nepotism? Clearly incompetent and hostile towards customers. I told him I have insurance and he tells me I submitted a warranty claim instead of an insurance claim. I submitted my claim through the insurance website so I was confused. When I requested clarification, the employee offered no guidance whatsoever, just reiterating that I had done it wrong so he can't help me. Honestly it seems like this guy has no desire to do his actual job, and instead dedicates his energy towards avoiding customers' needs and simply getting rid of them ASAP. I submitted a second claim via the insurance website and they shipped me a replacement device. So I won't be returning, and this location will not make money from the job it turned away. AVOID THIS STORE.
Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid This Store at All Costs! I'm writing this review immediately after leaving the store because I am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Samsung customer support referred me here for an in-person inspection regarding a serious overheating issue with my phone. I came in expecting professional helpâ€â€what I got instead was complete disregard. The moment I began explaining the problem, the store associate clearly had zero interest in listening. I even mentioned that I work as a wireless engineer and understand what’s normal for device temperature. Stillâ€â€no acknowledgment, no concern, no basic courtesy. His body language was dismissive, and at multiple points, I felt extremely uncomfortable by the way he looked at me. It was clear he had no intention of helping or even trying to understand the issue. I was completely brushed off without any inspection or troubleshooting. This is not just disappointingâ€â€it's infuriating that Samsung authorizes such unprofessional, disinterested stores to handle customer concerns. It reflects terribly on the brand. If you're dealing with any serious issue, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this location. They clearly don't care, and you’ll just waste your time and energy. Samsung, this is unacceptable. Your customers deserve better.
