I can not recommend their support. They caused us many email headaches, and we lost many hours tracking the issues down. I was also called directly by them after reviewing their employee to say my opinion was incorrect. I should add that we still have many issues 5 months after them taking over our systems. We've had many network issues they refuse to troubleshoot until we spend days proving to them it is their network. Daily, we can not access websites we require, like Google, and they can not resolve our issues after months. To this day we have many issues they refuse to look into. Not even worth contacting them as they do not even acknowledge tickets are submitted. Terrible terrible customer service.

The owner Anthony is arrogant, will constantly argue that he knows your business/processes better, will bill you for services he doesn't provide, will upcharge you for things that do not actually cost additional money, does not respond to needs promptly for issues with how he sets up the services they provide, and then refuses to let you out of any of the cost commitments after you bring up all these issues. To show his complete lack of attention, he also will get the persons name wrong he is emailing, constantly. He doesn't even do the courtesy of readying the "from" or signature block of the people emailing him. In 25 years of business, I have not met an IT company that is do difficult to work with, and charges so much while providing so little. They 'major' service they offer is unlimited tech support…to continue to Band-Aid their poorly built network.
