This IDS/IPS system has taken our network security to another level. We were just using a standard firewall and endpoint protection for years. Unfortunately that is not enough these days. Metaflows gives us visibility to all network traffic and lets us know as soon as something is going on that needs attention. I was not so well versed in understanding the logs but the support team held my hand for a bit is always responsive when I send them e-mails or call. I would defiantly recommend this product if you are looking for increased security and better visibility of your network.
We have been using MetaFlows for a few years now and are very pleased with the functionality and ease of use and deployment. The web portal interface makes it easy to monitor the status of the sensor and research any alerts generated by the sensors. Metaflows support is always helpful when you have a question or need further assistance.
