Honest review: Hands down such great service here, I would definitely recommend M&E computers to anyone that is having a hard time looking for some honest answers, great quality & affordable prices. Super satisfied with the fixes of my laptop. Elias was such a great guy, always checking in & giving me updates on my laptop. Every question was answered with sincerity.

I have been using M&E computers for several years for my law practice. Over the close to 25 years of business, I have required countless support for my IT needs, which has included dozens of computers, including servers, desktops, laptops, I have never had an IT professional who compares to Elias (the owner) of M&E. Elias last year set up a virtual network and server solution allowing my team to work remotely from anywhere that has worked flawlessly. Recently, my all in one desktop computer, which is the computer I use on a daily basis and which necessarily needs to be extremely efficient and process information quickly, began to work sluggishly and it was severely impacting my ability to get work out the door. I contacted Elias, who was able to remote into my computer and quickly diagnose the problem. He was then able to, within one day's time, install new hardware necessary to address the problem, reload all software, reconfigure all settings, etc. so that not only was the computer cofigured exactly as it had been before, with all of my programs and various drives mapped and networked, but it is now running faster than ever before. The bottom line is that if you have any computer problems, M&E and Elias are the answer!

Elias is an absolute genius when it comes to this also a chill guy he explains everything to a T even if you don’t understand it but just to get you educated on these complicated machines he built me a dope gaming pc I always wanted to do and it runs like an absolute champ I constantly played games on the highest settings and it’s performing well above my expectations I couldn’t recommend anyone else after coming here ! I can't overemphasize how excellent Elias at M&E computers is. My laptop is the Corsair Voyager A1600, a discontinued product launched in 2022 by Corsair. My laptop fell about 2.5 feet to 3 feet off my desk and and, upon impact, bent the metal chassis and hinge that supports the monitor. This was the closest I'd come to tears in a long time (; I brought my laptop to M&E; Elias recommended replacing the damaged part. To my dismay, there are *no* replaceable parts for this laptop that are available to order. So, Elias stayed late, very late (11 pm) and worked diligently to return the damaged part as close to its original condition as possible. I can't believe it but, somehow, he pulled it off – a true master of the elements! I couldn't be happier! Additionally, I had mentioned to Elias that if the laptop wasn't fixable I'd build a desktop with a 4090, seeing as they sold desktop parts. He recommended I wait for the 50 series to launch if I was committed to purchasing a high-end gpu, and instead try to repair my laptop. I adhered. My impression of Elias is: he's honest, wants to solve your problem, won't nickel and dime you, and he'll work diligently to ensure your satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Elias at M&E Computers has saved me so many times now! I am my own worst enemy but Elias has my back. Most recently I put my laptop into a boot loop by allowing the hard drive to become too full and then a Windows update failed. It was so bad I couldn't even restore the OS or recover my data and to make matters worse, I had not backed up my data in way too long. In two days, M&E had recovered my data, restored my OS, and added some RAM. All at a reasonable price. In the past I have had Elias replace a broken laptop screen, upgrade a system from disk drive to SSD, replace cracked screens on several different iPhones and make multiple repairs to laptops that my company issued to marine technicians (a hard life for a laptop!). Im not a gamer anymore but I know M&E build hotrod machines so if I were, this is where I would go to have a custom rig put together. Elias is always friendly, professional and he really knows his stuff. You cannot go wrong with M&E!
