Keith is such an excellent IT especially helping with the transition of our company. He came in and made sure tht all computers and laptops were actively being converted so all employees could have access to their work. He connected all the printers and helped when staff had questions or concerns. I believe that with the amount of time he spent working to correct any programming that was incorrectly installed he definitely deserves a round of applause. He is such a hard worker and a big help. 🙂
Cody Holt is the bomb.com. I sent an email for help. He called maybe 5-10 minutes later instead of simply responding to my email. It is clear he read my email, I didn't have to really re-explain anything. He jumped right into helping me solve the problem. We solved it in 5 minutes. Recently, FIT Solutions became our company's new IT service provider. I could not be happier with the quality and quantity of service they have already provided for us. Onboarding multiple facilities with even more users was seamless and quick. I have emailed issues, called in for assistance and either way I get fast results. When I've called in, I always get top-notch greetings, direction and I genuinely feel that they care about getting my issue resolved immediately.
