I contacted Fireworx Network Management last minute while I was having my (VMWare)Domain Controller have a meltdown. I was able to get in contact with Paul and explained the situation I was in. Paul quickly agreed to meet me on site and help recover my corrupt Domain Controller. Once on-site he assessed the situation and started his troubleshooting process. Paul was able to apply a fix that makes sense now in retrospect, but I would not have come up with that solution on my own and neither Dell Support offered it as an option. Paul’s professional and calm demeanor immediately put me at ease in an otherwise very stressful situation. Not to mention he was able to solve the issue very quickly! I have been in IT for over two decades and I take my hat off to him for providing the technical expertise that I needed and new set of eyes to solve a problem that would have been a rebuilt/restore otherwise.
