Customer Reviews

ESET impresses with excellent malware detection and a user-friendly interface. Independent tests show consistent top marks. Unlike some competitors, ESET keeps systems speedy, a big plus for our clients. While some features require higher tiers, core security is strong. Easy to deploy and manage across devices, saving us IT headaches. ESET offers a reliable security solution without sacrificing performance – a win for San Diego businesses.

Horrible customer service experience. I’ve been a long time customer. The service worked great until it didn’t. My device doesn’t support their new system requirements and since I’m outside the 30 day renewal date there can be no adjustment for the difference. I didn’t cancel because it worked then. Now it doesn’t and I cannot use it. Their all or nothing policy leaves no room for extenuating circumstances. The support person I spoke to has no listening skills or patience for talking with people.

I switched from an iPhone to an Android and installed the Password manager on my new Android. Although I am able to log into it, it will not function correctly. It simply closes whatever application I am in whenever I try to access the passwords. I opened a support ticket. The first email response contained two lines. The first thanked me for contacting them and the second was an ad for the product that wasn't working. The second email said they hadn't received a response and would automatically close the case. I responded to that email, letting them know that I had received nothing that required a response. The third email simply asked if I had any more questions. I now question the company's entire product line if this is the competency of their customer facing personnel.

I have had ESET on my windows PC for a number of years. I also have it on my Samsung Galaxy Note Android phone. I was never happy with MacAfee. In my area, a large chain computer store uses ESET. That was good enough for me. I've been very with the product.

There is no way to know if the product is any good as it will not allow me to use the customer ID or product key that I have been sent and ESET closes prior to their listed closing time which does not allow me to make contact after I finish my work day which by the way ends an hour prior to the time that ESET lists as their closing time. (going on for two weeks now) I have left three messages, none of which have been returned, and attempted several calls. Please save your money as there appears to be no product being sold, they are more than willing to take your payment but if assistance is needed they are no where to be found. Incredibly poor organization. The only reason there is one star with this post is that they wouldn't post it with zero.
