Erik was great to work with. I have a MacBook Pro with a dead battery and I had heard of Erik as being one of the best guys to contact for IT services. He took care of the repair efficiently and also purchased the part for me and saved me a bunch of time. He showed up at my workplace, which was great, on time and on schedule. Erik saved the day!! I was having a technical issue and my hosting company was telling me that it was going to take 72 hours to even get to the resolution desk for initial review.. WHAT? Can't run a business effectively if you can't reply to people. Erik was recommended by one of my office staff and he drove to my office and resolved my issue within a few hours.
