Not only did Tony and Steve fix my work computer by installing a new hard drive, they got it running better and faster than ever with an incredibly fast turn around time. No lost data, which was HUGE for me! Next, I brought in my home PC that had power issues and malware. They cleaned it up and I no longer need to push the "on" button 40 times to get it started. VERY reasonable prices. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

My computer had a virus and every time I went online I was rerouted to other locations. I called Caltech Advantage and spoke to Steve who politely listened to my issue and informed me that he would take care of the problem. I took it in and the next day he called me to let me know he had fixed my computer! I have never received such prompt, polite, and fair service in regards to my computer before (I used to go to geek squad). Definitely coming back here if I have a computer issue in the future. I was desperate for help with my PC, so I called Dell. They recommended I call Steve Z. That was about 5 years ago, and I still use him. Every time I've called he's been here within hours or at the latest the next day. I've had several issues including updating from Windows XP to 7, and he was even able to transfer all of my e-mails! He is reliable and very knowledgeable. He fixes problems very quickly and they have never happened again. He tells you exactly what is going on. Most times he's had the parts with him. He is also honest and trustworthy. I get nervous when something is wrong, but I honestly wouldn't trust my computer to anyone else.
