I called Boot Networks in a pinch to help migrate my company to Microsoft 365 during the pandemic. We had just parted ways with a local company that failed to perform…..when I called Boot Networks, CJ quickly assured me that he could fix the mess they caused and mange the migration remotely. Although, I was hesitant to have this project implemented remotely due to time sensitive and importance (due to the mandatory "Shelter in Place"), CJ was able to managed the entire process remotely. He immediately fixed the issues the other firm created and provide valuable insight into best practices, the licenses we needed from Microsoft, and explained what he was going to provide in plain English. He confirmed the project goals and made sure we understood the action plan while emphasizing the importance of proper security using two factor authentication. He is professional, responsive, fairly priced, and most importantly, exceeded our expectations and delivered on time. Currently, we are all working from home without any problems and might even be able to reduce our office overhead expense next year thanks to the systems CJ recommended and established. Computers are never an exact science and I can say that because I’ve fumbled around with it for years. Technology can be a confusing, constantly changing language that few are fluent in.
