So u was busy, studying for my finals when all of sudden, I take one fat gulp of my energy drink, and I "place" it down. Only I didn't actually do that and ended up spilling my drink all over the keyboard. I am absolutely heartbroken and super stressed thinking "oh lord I've done goofed up big time :'( " and looked for any repair computer places to see how much damage I did. I saw Robert's 24/7 shop and immediately booked it CAUSE UM WHAT ELSE WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO LOL :"D Anywho, he's super chill, super great and very confident in his skills that it ultimately made me feel much more calmer about the situation. I brought my PC in because I was having problems with my display. Robert walked me through what may be the problem and tried many things before he found out what it was. What a great guy. Honest and trustworthy is right. I was so eager to pay anything for my computer to be fixed, and he could have taken me to the cleaners. He didn't. Told me it would be best to get another computer. He was also great to communicate with. Thank you! 100 percent recommend 24/7 Solutions.
If I could give Mr. Crumpton 7 stars, I would. I was visiting my Granddaughter when my laptop would not charge. My Granddaughter called and set up an appointment for me to drop my laptop off the next day. I was leaving San Diego in two days. Not only did he repair my laptop but delivered it so I wouldn't be late for my flight. Kudos to this man. BTW, my laptop is charging like it's new.
