They were able to troubleshoot the issue to the best of his ability, verify the company warranty policy and checked with me to set up a time that worked to coordinate a call with the manufacturer. He then only brought me into the call when I needed to be, saving me time and frustration. Overall, it was a super pleasant interaction with IT and we were able to get the computer fixed. They other times I've had to reach out they have been helpful as well.
